Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The display of goods on the OGGLEeverything.com website amounts to what is known in legal terms as 'an invitation to treat only' and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and OGGLEeverything unless, and until, an email is sent by OGGLEeverything to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by OGGLEeverything of your offer to buy goods or services from OGGLEeverything and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

OGGLEeverything are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Website Information

We take every care that all information on this website is accurate and up to date, however we can not guarantee its complete accuracy or virus-free status. Products are only available while stocks last. We will endeavour to be in communication with the customer to clarify any misunderstanding, inaccuracy or variations. However OGGLEeverything assumes no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions.

We take every care to ensure that the image and description of the object on our website is an accurate representation of the object. However we can not be responsible for the variation in image quality and colour caused by browser software or computer systems.

Orders

All orders made are subject to acceptance by OGGLEeverything. This acceptance takes place when we dispatch the order and not before, even if your payment has been processed immediately.

If you wish to cancel an order, this you may do by email to: mail@oggleverything.com If you wish to cancel and the goods have already been dispatched you may return the goods undamaged (see 'Returns' below) and you will be refunded minus the costs of postage and packing once the goods have been returned.

We would urge buyers to take care of their user name and password to avoid orders being placed without their agreement. We can not be responsible for misuse of buyer’s name and password, we accept orders in good faith.

Cost in Postage and Packing

Costs in postage and packing will vary according to size, weight and destination of the object, and are for postage to a U.K. destination. Please contact us for requests for delivery outside the U.K.

Delivery Time

We aim to have orders dispatched to you within 48 hours (maximum) of acceptance. OGGLEeverything are not responsible for postage errors, or delays or further costs incurred through customs and excise. However we will make every endeavour to support the smooth and swift delivery to the customer where feasible.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order for any item you are welcome to return them to us within 7 working days from the day that you receive the goods. Items will only be accepted if they are a) unused and b) in the same good condition that they were delivered in. You will be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods, will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation.

Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded if you choose to return the items which are not faulty.

Compliant with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your product we offer a full refund minus the costs incurred from postage and packing. OGGLEeverything will not be liable for any cost over and above the cost of the item itself, and the item must be returned undamaged.

Damaged Goods

If the product arrives damaged we request that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt by email. We recommend that you send goods back by recorded delivery, and hold proof of postage, as we can not be liable for goods lost in the post. Claims will not be accepted for damages if they are not reported within 48 hours of receipt.

To return goods for any reason please call or email mail@oggleverything.com. You will be sent a returns authorisation number which you will need to display on the outside of the packaging. Goods without a returns authorisation number will not be accepted for refund or replacement.

The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by us. The cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, or missing will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back.

Returns will be subject to a 25% handling charge.

Privacy Policy

We will never pass on your contact details to a third party.
